Complaint service

Report a human-rights concern

You may prepare information about a concern affecting you or another person. The Commission should handle complaints respectfully, privately, and without judgment.

Complaint service

A clear and respectful process

You control what you share. The form separates essential facts, optional personal details, evidence, contact preferences, and review into short stages.

This is not an emergency service

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a trusted support organisation. Do not wait for a response from this website.

Who can submit

You can prepare a complaint for yourself or on behalf of another person. You do not need to know every detail before starting.

What can be reported

Concerns about possible human-rights abuse, discrimination, detention conditions, denial of rights, or conduct by an institution, organisation, or individual may be described here.

Information that may be useful

  • A brief account of what happened
  • The date, approximate time, and location if known
  • Who was affected and who may have been responsible
  • Optional supporting files that can be handled securely later

Confidentiality and privacy

Share only what is needed. Name, demographic details, contact information, and evidence are optional unless required by the circumstances. Privacy preferences are reviewed before any future secure submission.

Process

What should happen after secure submission

  1. The Commission receives the complaint through an approved secure service.

  2. Authorised staff review the information and decide the appropriate next step.

  3. The complainant is contacted only according to the preferences and lawful options selected.

  4. A genuine case reference is issued by the secure backend—not by this prototype.

Alternative contact channels

Verified complaint contact details are not available yet. Do not send sensitive information through an unverified channel.
