Services and environments should remove avoidable barriers and provide reasonable support so people can participate equally.
Inaccessible services, information, buildings, or complaint processes
Exclusion or decisions made without respecting a person's will and preferences
Move to a safe place or seek urgent help where immediate danger exists.
Write down what happened, when, where, and who was involved, if it is safe to do so.
Keep relevant documents or evidence securely and share only what is necessary.
Tell the Commission what communication format, physical access, or support would make the process usable for you.
