Everyone is entitled to equal dignity, protection, and access to rights without unfair discrimination.

A person's identity, status, disability, gender, community, or other characteristic should not be used to deny equal treatment.
Unequal access to a public service without an objective reason
Harassment, exclusion, or harmful treatment linked to identity or status
Move to a safe place or seek urgent help where immediate danger exists.
Write down what happened, when, where, and who was involved, if it is safe to do so.
Keep relevant documents or evidence securely and share only what is necessary.
Explain both what happened and why you believe unequal treatment or discrimination was involved.
