Physical or psychological abuse intended to punish, intimidate, or obtain information
Cruel or degrading conditions or treatment by a person exercising authority
Move to a safe place or seek urgent help where immediate danger exists.
Write down what happened, when, where, and who was involved, if it is safe to do so.
Keep relevant documents or evidence securely and share only what is necessary.
Seek urgent medical or protective help where needed and report the concern through a safe, confidential channel.
