Gender should not limit a person's dignity, opportunities, services, legal protection, or ability to make decisions about their life.
Gender-based violence, coercion, or harmful treatment
Discriminatory barriers to education, work, property, services, or justice
Move to a safe place or seek urgent help where immediate danger exists.
Write down what happened, when, where, and who was involved, if it is safe to do so.
Keep relevant documents or evidence securely and share only what is necessary.
Use a safe contact method and tell the Commission if confidentiality or another accommodation is especially important.
