In Oog, the Commission's Saraar Regional Coordinator, Jaamac Maxamed Aadan (Fod), conducted a working visit to Oog General Hospital.
The visit assessed the health services provided by the hospital and the conditions of patients under its care.
Discussions also examined the rights of hospital staff and the importance of giving appropriate attention to vulnerable people.
The Commission said these monitoring visits form part of its efforts to protect citizens' right to health.
